Attention: If you know someone (or a community) who has been hit by a major disaster, do not assume everything is OK just because it's not on the news any more. The tornado was the first tragedy. Dealing with insurance is the second. Dealing with the City is the third. Dealing with looters sucks too. I am still dealing with each of these things...and it's been over two years!
