IMPORTANT: Before emailing us or placing an order, be sure to put the following email addresses on your Safe list. Many people email us with questions but our replies are blocked by their automated spam blockers. We answer every email but if we cannot get through your email filter, we can't help you.
We try to respond to email within 1 business day. If you don't get a response from us within a few business days, please email again, or call us.
In addition, we send order-tracking numbers via UPS' tracking service, Quantum View. Be sure to put them on your Safe list also.
Customers: Skip to below the yellow box. It is for the hundreds of vendors who send us gazillions of emails and clog the email box so you can't get through.

- If you are a vendor or rep, and would like us to see your wares, DO NOT USE the email addresses below. These are for our customers only. Instead, use our special Vendor-only email address:

- Please note that if you are a vendor and you send any solicitations to our customer-use email addresses, we will consider it a personal offense, and will never do business with you or your firm.
- Also, if you are requested to stop sending us emails, or stop sending large emails, yet you do not stop, then we will consider it a personal offense and will never do business with you or your firm.
- We are quite serious about this. We can buy from 100 other companies that sell the same things you do, so if you are rude or offensive to us, we will simply buy from someone else.

- Please do not call both numbers! If we can't answer one phone at the moment, we can't answer the other one either. We are a small company and don't have a bank of phone operators in Bulgaria.
- Note: If you call on your Verizon cell phone and have "in"
calling this call may be free.
- Email is the best way to communicate with us.
- We stay very busy and are usually not by the telephone (or we're on the telephone). A typical phone conversation is at least 20 minutes, which means one person can only take three calls an hour. However, your call is welcome. Please leave a detailed message so we can prepare to call you back. Don't forget to tell us your time zone. We may call back after-hours, but not after 9:00 pm your time. We are faithful to call back and give you our full attention. Thanks for being patient. We try to call back the same day, but sometimes it's the next business day or a weekend.
- We do not usually answer the phones between 2:45 and 4:15 pm Central time because that's when we're hustling to get orders picked and packed before our shipper arrives.
Fax
We do not have a fax machine at this time because that would require a landline which is pretty much obsolete for us. However, if you must fax us, please call and we'll give you the fax number of our bank, who will get your fax to us in a day or two.

are 10:00 am to 6:00 pm Central Time, Monday through Friday.
We are often here early
and leave late. However, we are also frequently out of the office on customer calls,
trade shows or other field work, so please leave a message. Thanks for
being patient.
Store Hours
Our retail store in Belleville is generally open 10:00 am to 8:00 pm
Central Time, Monday through Friday. We are usually open on Saturdays, too.
We are normally open many more hours than the "official" hours indicate, but
generally do not answer the phone or email on weekends and holidays.
