We get many calls all day long so you may have to leave a message. We are faithful to call you back as quickly as we can, usually within one business day.
Note that the phone sometimes rings 5-10 times before being answered live or by voicemail. In fact, if we've forwarded the phone to one of our cell phones (as we often do), it may ring five times on your end before it rings even once on ours. Please be patient.
As we approach the Christmas season, we get more and more calls and orders so our response time may be slower. If you can email your question, that's really better (because we can return email at any hour, but phone calls only til 9 pm your time).

Attention! This time of year, inventories are not as abundant as during the Christmas season. We fill orders in the sequence we receive them (so order ASAP so you won't be disappointed). The exception to this are Priority orders which are pushed ahead of ground orders for obvious reasons.
